We are now only 54 days away from the biggest party in the Galaxy kicking off in Anaheim, California, and news is coming faster and more intense the closer we get! A ton of new celebrity guest for Star Wars Celebration Anaheim have just hit the web, including Jedi, Sith, Bounty Hunters and a certain Wookiee.
Today the official Celebration site announced that Luke Skywalker himself will be coming to Anaheim to no doubt discuss his work on The Force Awakens. Joining him will be fellow Episode VII co-star Peter Mayhew(Chewbacca), as well as Jeremy Bulloch(Boba Fett), Ray Park(Darth Maul), Amy Allen(Aayla Secura), Dickey Beer(Various) Tim Rose(Admiral Ackbar), Anthony Forest(various), Orli Shoshan(Shaak Ti) and Felix Silla(Ewok), Mathew Wood(General Grievous) and, last but not least, Daniel Logan(Young Boba Fett).
Other previously announced guests include Dave Filoni, J.J, Abrams, Carrie Fisher, Kyle Newman and the cast of Star Wars Rebels.
It's also worth noting that the Celebration site also revealed info about where and when you can pick up your badges. You can check that out here!
Star Wars Celebration Anaheim will be happening at the Anaheim Convention center from April 16th through the 19th! Visit the StarWarsCelebration.com to get your tickets now, because you're not going to want to miss this one!
Star Wars Celebration Anaheim is right around the corner! The excitement is building as we learn more and more about what will surely be the biggest Celebration yet. Today the official Celebration site release a flurry of news today about the convention, which included an interesting development for the very first event taking place in Anaheim. The Force Awakens co-writer and director J.J. Abrams, along with producer and Lucasfilm president Kathleen Kennedy, will be hosting a special panel at 10:00am(Pacific) on Thursday, April 16th to kick off Celebration. While we don't know for sure what will be revealed at the panel, Lucasfilm has now confirmed that Abrams and Kennedy will be "joined by special guests." Who could those guests be?
I think at least a portion of The Force Awakens' cast will be on the panel. Mark Hamill, Carrie Fisher, Anthony Daniels, Peter Mayhew and Kenny Baker have all been confirmed as guests for Celebration. And it's certainly possible that some of their co-stars, such as Daisy Ridley, John Boyega, Oscar Isaac, Adam Driver, or maybe even Harrison Ford, could make an appearance. It would make the most sense, and would certainly be incredible to even see a portion of the cast on stage together!
